Please read the following terms and conditions which specify the legal relationship between you and ScrapGold2Cash.

You must be the actual owner of the property you intend to sell and if demanded you shall be able to prove the right of ownership of the property by providing a purchase receipt.
You must act on your own behalf.
A binding offer is not being made when you send us the items, and we may return the items back to you if you are not wiiling to accept our offer, or if the weight and quality of the items is not as indicated by you.
We will confirm we have received your package by e-mail. Packages sent to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery can also be tracked online at RoyalMail.com.
We reserve the right to reject delivery of any mail which appears to be opened, damaged or tampered with. Any such mail will be returned by the carrier to the customer. We shall have no liability for any such attempted delivery or the return of these items.
We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, so therefore please ensure you are satisfied with the insurance cover before posting any items to us.
We reserve the right to apply a charge for postage and packaging for items we have to return to you if significantly not as described. However, the items may be collected free of charge.
We accept packages of assorted gold and silver jewellery. Your items will be sorted, tested and accurately weighed and the resulting breakdown of values per Carat type will be given to you when we call or e-mail you to make an offer to purchase.
Payment is based on the gold price on the day items are sent, subject to the correct weight and quality.
Payment can be made in one of five ways; cash deposited immediately into your bank account, Paypal, bank transfer, cheque, or cash by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We will respond to all complaints within seven days.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales and that any potential dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
